The Committee on the Judiciary moves to amend the title of the bill as follows:
Com. Sub. for S. B. 82 --"A Bill to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new article, designated §62-1E-1, §62-1E-2 and §62-1E-3, all relating to creating the Eyewitness Identification Act; and establishing definitions, eyewitness identification procedures, a study task force and related training. "
